Set in a theatre, the curtains open, the stage is black apart from 12 pieces of artwork suspeded across the stage in a row each with a spotlight, the first the most brightly lit of a lady bathing on a rooftop. Then the lights crackle and snap, all goes black, there’s a thud, a light flickers on the stage and rests on the cause, the lady has fallen out of her painting. A lyrical journey of searching and renewal begins. Along her way meeting shepherds, kings, queens, travelers, children, waifs and strays…
